No Guarantee of Coverage
We do not issue or underwrite insurance policies. We provide assistance in selecting and enrolling in available insurance plans through licensed agents. Plan availability, pricing, and approval are determined solely by insurance carriers and regulatory agencies.
Nothing on our site or in our communications constitutes a guarantee of eligibility, benefits, or approval.
HIPAA & PHI
If during the course of services you provide health-related information (PHI), it will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. We take reasonable measures to protect such data, but cannot guarantee full HIPAA compliance unless explicitly stated in a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
